Starview 7 No picture

I have a Starview 7 for just about a year and there is no picture,
I have tried both RF and scart out puts, but still no luck.

The led display shows channel number and can be changed.

any ideas????????

turn the unit off at the rocker switch at the back of the box,,leave for 30 secs or so then turn it back on..
this normally clears a lot of problems..
