sv7 box completely off

hi can any1 help me with my sv7 box, went off on sunday out the blue and now nothing comes on the tv only that there is no signal, and nothing is displayed on the box all you have is 4 lines thats all, ive tried turning everything off and is still the same NEED SUM HELP....

No as i can not get my box number, which is needed 4 me to join up. Do they put it back on when u pay

I dont believe he made himself clear

he means have you got a subscription to vm like tv or broadband ? , if not they can cut your feed off and you would receive nothing at all , not even the 17 or so free to air channels like bbc1 or itv1

whatever the score with the sv7 you should be getting the 17 fta channels if your vm feed is live , and if its not live it doesnt matter what you do as a dead feed is a dead feed

once you have a live feed you will have to subscribe to mystarview at some point for decoding of the scrambled channels , whereas the free ones are always free no matter what , apart from if vm cut you off of course , so a vm subscription is paramount for a live feed

you have to pay to get it back on now, cheeky cooonts changed the expiry dates on the boxes

yes paid the sub yesterday, just watin 4 it to come back on, they say between 24/48 hrz.

the prob i waz havin with the box was it kept sayin UCR and then nothing came on the tv, if any1 comes across this press the AV/TV button

not true at all , you pay a vm fee to keep the feed service live , this does not have to be for tv however , as it can be broadband only , or broadband and phone etc

many people will have live broadband feeds and not the tv service , so dont believe all you read

Paid sv sub, now have channelz back on within 24 hrz, also have a new expiry date aug 2012

the reason i said a tv sub was meaning a min sub less chance of getting cut off,yes nothing is standard high and low signals on same packages.

Can anyone confirm where you pay your subs? i went on the mystarview site and the register page says "page not found"

I have tried loads of time and still no joy!

Any help would be appreciated.

I just tried it and it loaded OK. They had been suffering from a DDOS attack, maybe that prevented your access.
