hi all just turned my set on and i ave sound on my box but no pic anyone any ideas why?

probably a bit too simple, but check the a/v cables or scart lead. Always happens to me

yea done that, but i do ave channels 1-5 workin fine so mayb virgin end?

had the same trouble try turning the switch off and on from behind the box worked for me but if not just try factory re-set

firstly follow the advice given and check all leads in properly then do a factory reset....then autoscan . ... then 1 5 7 0 on remote....then turn EMU back on and default .....hope this helps bigfella

Morning All, my question is: I have a the box USB. I only have 96 channels, some are repeated, I can't sort them into catogary as the sort link is grey,the channels are in numerical order and in the catorgary boxes they are all mixed. I tried the download available here, but it was just the same. What am I doing wrong, how many channel's should I have? Happy New Year to all. xxxx

Hi i Have the starview 4. i was wondering how i can record programs? does my usb pen have to be connected to be able to record?

you do need to have your usb pen connected. you can just delete the files youve watched when out of space if you dont want to buy a hard drive happy recording

can anyone help.i just got a new starview 4 and the the key code 1570 doesnt seems to be working.Is it normal.i got the box as a gift from my step brother who has lost the manual..how do i download the firmware or any necessary file onto the USB stick.please advise...
