NEED HELP TO JTAG STARVIEW 1.. Urgent!!

Hay guys, i need help to jtag my starview 1, i got the pic, i conncted to my starview and then i plugged it into the printer port, then when i open skymax program, an error messege comes " The parallel port could not be opened " , then the software opens but when i click on Start the same messege comes again. Any one know whats wrong? Please Help

ok i got that to work now, the error messege is gone,
i fixed it by:
1: Right click on skymax
2: Slect Properties
3: Select Compatability
4: Tick "Run this program ........... mode for:
5: From the drop down select Windows 98 / Windows Me

Now i got the connection working, which file do i need when i click on Write button?

Hi Ther, I got Starview 1 Clone, I put the wrong software in, so the box is dead now, there's just a clickin noice coming.

i tryed to JTAG with SKYMAX 2.2, It Connects Then i clicked on Erase and then i clicked on Write and in that i selected the new firmware which is CryptStar-v1.5-Core257, it starts wrtting but at the End it says it Failed. This is the error: "Error writing flash at address 80000000 ACK = 00000000"

Please HELP!!!

i done same before connect box to pc as you do for flashing.plug it in to mains power and quickly hit download using the correct firmware.worked for me
