hi goto downloads section ..download new firmware .1.07 on to a usb stick.. connect box to your tv.....put the stick in to the back of ur box....goto menu scroll down to usb ..press remote..on new firmware 1.07 wait for it to download on box goto menu goto auto scan ,,select local cable provider e.g ntl,telewest etc..do a autoscan wait till it scans .....goto menu press 1 5 7 0 on remote to access secret cas menu ..turn EMU(keycode) on,, press default on ...exit three times to sly sports ..let it update ...everything shud be ok ......hope this helps ....bigfella

SORRY MISREAD QUESTION...thought you were askin for sv 4 usb not sv 3 ,,,similar set up the difference is you want new firmware for sv3 which is 8.02 or 8.04... u put ur sv 3 on stand by... then connect with a null modem cable... select correct com port ,and download ...then connect box to t v and follow the same as above from then on ......again soz for the misunderstandin hope this helps ,,bigfella

is it sv3or what...if you have no channels at all, then have you done a scan for fta channels?YNWA..Comment
