trying to put channels in order on sv7 in the move menu it says press ok then green button but nothing is happening anybody help.

not probably what your wanting to hear but the amount of factory re-sets i have had to do i wouldn't bother,

On the SV, they are automatically in order, press OK then Left/Right to scroll through the groups. You press Green on the Kryptview.

If the channel order is not to your liking try creating your own favourite groups. There are eight to customize to your requirements.

yes paid the sub come on within 12 hours working great no problems up to now.
