You can get them at Maplins.
You will probably need the USB software(drivers) as well.

I've got a R232 cable and a USB serial port adaptor but my laptop which has vista running will not accept the adaptor as it keeps saying it cannot find a driver for it.I cannot download the driver that came with the adaptor as laptop just says driver already installed, and the instructions says that Vista doesn't need drivers for this adaptor.Tried putting it in all 4 USB ports on laptop and downloading firmware update but only when I choose com3 does it say downloading but it doesn,t move from 0%- this is the case no matter what USB port the adaptor is in.On checking on device manager I can only see COM16 that resembles anything that looks like a port number, but I'm not sure if this is right. Please could somebody point me in the right direction as to what I do next !!!Please, Please.

Managed to get a comm serial port changed to Comm1 and the adaptor drivers semmed to work then.Downloaded firmware update upto 100% - although it took about 15 mins but then the flash update failed and the box won't go past the Box super screen. Anyone suggest what I can do now.I've checked and my box is not a clone.
