    Purchased a subscripition...What now?

    Installed SV7 using SMGO.
    Blue screen advising box is not registered.
    Paid subscrition to SV for support
    Told to wait 24-48hrs for support
    What happens now? How do I know when the support has started? What is the support?

    Any help will be well recieved

    within 36 hours your box will connect and you will have a new expiry date and all the channels will be on.

        basically , you should be asking the support staff on the support forum where you paid your cash !

          waited 48hrs still nothing. I have asked the support team for help and they have advised I wait a day or two longer.

          Is this the norm??? Can anyone shed some light on this?

              after you put the new software on did you press 1819 on the remote to enable it to connect. on the top left of your tv for a couple of seconds it says enable after pressing 1819.if you have done this then you need to turn your box off at the back for 2 mins then turn it back and go to ss1 and it will connect after a short time and the expiry date would have changed.

                I have tried this and the following is still happening with blue box: login message: Not registered box:********* with scrable still to top left.

                Any help is well recieved

                        Power Off and On for activation of support software.

                        Sometimes the box is stuck even when support has been activated from the upport site.

                        Try reboot by pressing the Fn button on top center of remote and reboot, or power off and switch back on after approx 15 seconds.

                              I have been exchanging emails with SV support all the way through this process. They told me to wiat 24-48hrs but for what???? Once that period has experied I recontacted them, they have told me to wait another day.

                              I have paid my money, but the invoice on the support section of the SV site still says I have not paid, whn I asked about this I was told that this will be updated as my support starts.

                              Suppose I have to play the waiting game, cant help feeling I have bought a dud though.
