i have bought some clines from a server i have used before. unfortunately they dont work, keeps saying connect then disconnect etc. i'm not sure if i can mention where i got them but trying to contact them is a nightmare, tried a few emails etc. it says to get a refund click on my account then on orders and hit return tab. all it says on my account now is i have no completed orders like i haven't bought anything even though it was only on the 8/9. looks like i've been shafted as nobody wants to reply to my emails!
the questions i have is can i post the name of the place i got them from so nobody else has a problem with them and can anybody point me in the right direction of a good and reliable server?
any help would be appreciated
