starview 2 help

hi guys. recently i have updated my starview 2 box to the 802 e firmware. and it worked sweet as a nut for a week now it keeps updating to 120% then starting again. my friends is working sweet bbut why is mine not. please help. btw it is a real starview 2 not a clone

try doing a set default key ok clear bad keys out it should fix it

all my nav key on t.v have all changed the key gen has not got keys 4 what's on the screen can you help me plz
