StarView 6 NoPicture on Screen

Hi i just recently updated my starview6 box,all was working well but now when i switch it on there is nothing coming up on my tele, the scart cables are all secure the other cables are secure, in fact i have not changed any cables at all, the box lights up ,i can change the channels on the box but still it dosn't do anything on the tele screen,I put the scart plug into my dvd player and it comes on automaticly on the tele,It dosn't even bring up any menu,or epg, or any thing you would expect to see when you switch it on,Any Ideas would be appreciated

try pressin 1819 on your remote

get off the dam vcr channel ,make sure you are on the correct input

use the tv av button on the starview remote

If non of the above work try this

1. Switch box on wait for a few seconds until booting has
finished.
2. Press MENU on remote
3. Press DOWN ARROW BUTTON once
4. Press RIGHT ARROW BUTTON once
5. Press DOWN ARROW BUTTON twice
6. Press OK BUTTON twice

The box should reboot and the display should come back on

When you paid, did you follow the instructions in the confirmation e-mail and wait the required time for activation?
