Starview 1 - No Signal Message

    Hi,

I have an original Starview 1 box (genuine, not a clone) and have been using it for some time, no problems. Recently a 'no signal' message has appeared on all channels and no channels can be viewed. I have tried flashing the box with the latest software (1.5 v4.00) and it does not appear to work. Have done a full factory reset and flashed again and again and done an automatic and manual scans but still no luck.

I have checked all cables, connections and the isolator and they all are fine. Have even tried a known working box and this does not even work. Is this a case of a 'cut off from street level'?

Any help would be much appreciated.

        Hi, thanks for your msg.

Have tried scanning on different feeds, no luck though.
My box works at the other property, so it suggests it must be a problem with the physical cable coming in or the isolator.
Can't get any FTA channels either.
Have tried the EMU on option, but still no luck.
Have also checked the feed coming into the house, looks fine, and have also checked the brown external box and the connection there is also good.

am going to retest the cables and go for a connection from the outside brown box direct into the sv box. if works, then it must be my cabling. thanks again for help.
