starview 7 no signal at all

hi I completely lost all channels on my starview 7 even the fta ones, when I rescan the box it doesnt seem to be getting a signal then goes all the way through the scan and finds no channels at all. very strange any help would be massively appreiciated many thanks

could anyone help please paid for a sub the other day and as good as they said my box came on last night but after 1 hour it went down and now says not connected will i need a software or something to get it back on any help would be great thanks.

check that your vm feed is live and check you have scanned the correct provider too
