You're welcome to ask a couple of specifics but there's no complete list.

The service generally is very very good with just a small handful missing. I would imagine the extra channels missing is a temporary problem. If things change I'll post back here if no one else does before me.

Yes Viva was working before, which was one of my favourite due to South Park on every nite! That is now missing and still no MUTV aswell?
