starview hd with lan help

Sorry but I am not up on all of this. I managed to get the hd combo working previously before it went down at begining of year. I understand that its back up do I simply download the new firmware and do the same as before?
is it that simple or am i missing something

if it was back up you would have to pay for it

works on satellite ok , as do the chameleon files posted by bytemaster
