Staview 3 loosing signal

I was wondering if any one could give me some advice on the SV3 box having updated to 8.02 works fine for a short period, then change channel and loose every thing, have to start again

Any help would be greatly appreciated

shouldn't you be updating to 8.04 mate try that and see if you have any joy

you can get version 8.04 from the download section

factory reset

did u do a factory reset before you scaned for you channels.
