my m8 has installed new f/ware on his stv box super but has realised there is something wrong with l.e.d display on the front ,as he has not long bought the box he wants to take it back ,but he knows the warranty is void with the f/ware on it ,is there a way he can restore the box to the way it was when he bought it .
