it is the way the sv team have always been..
quick to take and slow if no reply,s..
i was fortunate and listened to what others had to say..
joined the sv forum..
sent a pm to kiddie and am still awaiting a reply..
if i were the powers that be on this forum i would disallow any further sv 7 threads..Comment

this could now be happening as more ppl take out subs server getting overloaded and with them not answering queries it sounds like the bad old days are returning.Comment

Have any of you Starview bashers actually asked support? There have been plenty of replies on the SV forum and an explanation on the Status page.
It seems that some of you are more interested in Bitching than the facts!
And before you start flaming me, I do moderate on the SV forum and several other forums. I have no connection to the new Starview or even the old Starview teams, I am an independent with no axe to grind.Comment

I am not advising anyone to go anywhere. The posts are claiming to not have had answers to questions and I am saying that there have been many answers if they have actually asked.
Many other people have said that SV users should not ask here but ask on the SV forum and there is a post in this thread suggesting that SV posts should not be allowed on this forum.Comment
