See it only takes less than 10 button presses rather than 1000 character presses in emails saying ur going to do this and that!

He has confirmed its working from Tuesday the 5th????
Two weeks of wrangling I am going to put this behind me, but as you said a box was not updated that was rubbish.
When a box started showing the box numbers, only when connected to the server and at that time he was able to send you the box details.
Once the box is registered it will not show the box numbers on the tv screen.
Activating and deactivating 18** are two deferent matters.
Any way thanks you got that 1 sorted.
