Unable to open program to subscribe SV6

Hello All
I don't post that often as i normally sieve through 100's of posts to find my answer & save on space & hassle to other users .
Yep I have a SV6 box and yep i'm licking my wounds but i'm not greedy and was all good while it lasted

But problem is now that i am struggling to open the exe file to subscribe i have tried downloading the net.framework but still won't open could anyone please PM me a direct link.

If this has no effect the only boxes i have used over the years are all have been SV's from the box - super up till this sv6 so am pretty narrow minded on other boxes with no experience at all i have cable fitted and also a dish up but unsure of any other box which would be good for a novice so any help or advice would be appreciated

so your having trouble?

what u need to do is flick the switch at the back to off, then what u do is while switching it on hold the channel up button and it shud come up with reset on the led display then you will come to a menu where various options will come up then simply just press ' 0 ' then it will say switch the box off and on.. once you've done that step it shud go on the menu of the starview box, hope this helps.
