starview 2 the box not working with new updates

nightmare chaps,dont get channels back with new software,everything downloads fine,also i cant get into 1570 menu

any help would be much appreciated

factory reset

do a factory reset first mate then go through the intallation process again.

yes once you have flashed the box do a fac reset then your first screen will be language screen ,press ok then this will take you to installation ,press 1570 to access secret menu scroll to set default key press ok then set emu to on, press ok then go to autoscan in installation and scan for chanells.

this will only work if you have flashed the box with new firmware ,and dont forget to set emu to on
