One premium channel 'Scrambled/Bad' all others working?

My 'Paramount Comedy Channel 2' is showing 'scrambled/bad channel' & not working. Every other channel, FTA & Premium is working though.

I'm running the firmware 8.02e on a Starview Super 3, the FW released on 30/11/08 after the latest change in key rolling pattern.

I've tried noting the frequency, deleting & manually searching but no joy. Tried factory settings & full re-scan too.

    Any ideas?
