the box super usb sv4 not working

i live in an apartment block in ashbourne count meath i have chorus in the apartment i have a lead going straight into the back of my tele from the wall.I got the box super usb sv4 plugged my chrous lead into the cable input and scart into tele,i did the 0000 factory reset and then did automatic scan on chorus ,it didnt find anything can anyone help,the lad who i got it off said the signal in apartment block could be mmds? any ideas
