    Missing Channels

Wondered if anyone here can help. I have a starview clone, and after finding E4 out of sync (sound and picture) I deleted the channel and have tried several rescans (both auto and manual). The channel appears during rescan but does not come up at the end of my channel list. Same has happened with Virgin 1 yet I'm still getting E4+1 and Virgin 1+1. I'm in Dundee.
    Any suggestions greatly received.

yeah I know, its just that I've got to unplug it all and take it upstairs to install the bin file for a channel dump

Correct martin. The reset is no problem, but to get my channels back in order I need to connect to my desktop PC. Cant get my laptop to connect with the null modem cable because the usb port wont recognise the adaptor. Looked into port mapping etc but no joy.
