Mixed up channels sounds like the frequencies have changed in your area, you need to do a reset and a fresh scan then enter 1819 again to activate.
You can ask for help on the mystarview forum, you should be able to get help on here if you ignore the trollsComment

yes moving channels again i heard,so the usual fix of factory reset and enter the code again should fix it for now,until the next roll.
