Starview 6 not connected message

Hi all. I'm having problems with my box showing "not connected" on the menu and only free to air channels available. Is anyone else having the same or is there a way to fix this ?

maybe everything needs a reboot with lan not connecting,box modem and router,check your input code is active.

my starview 6 has got the new firmwhare in it i have done the install when i put 1819 in it says not registerd box ..box no 00266100c5de can anyone help please thank you very much
