HELP!!!
I have the starview 1 and i am trying to sort out my mixed up channels.
i have downloaded the channel editor from 3 different sources now but it just crashes when i open it.
i was wondering if anyone has any ideas or even a channel dump from the nottingham area that i could just load up

what op system are you running?? Try getting the editor from the download section....You'll need tha SCV1044 ....I'm running vista and have no problems .....Try the one off the site if not get back to us and will see what we can do

Daft question but do you have a printer installed on your system?

A quote from the guy who wrote the channel editor,

"Sounds like you don't have a printer rinstalled. Even if you don't have a printer, install any printer driver (even just a pdf creator should do) & make sure it's set to the default printer."

SVCE_1044 Starview 4

Does SVCE_1044 work on the Starview 4?

I have the latest autosort firmware and just wanted to tidy up some of the channels. But when I use the above I am unable to load my ch.bin file as it reports "error not a valid Starview file" .

Can anyone help?

No it doesnt. There is a Beta Channel Editor for the Starview 4. You will find it here along with release notes 4shared.com - online file sharing and storage - download The Box Super USB Channel Editor.rar

I havent put it in downloads yet as it is still been worked on and there will be an improved version soon. Thanks go to the usual SVCE author TheBish.
