have problem updating 1 of my boxes, it is genuine box. as soon as i try to put 8.02 software onto box it stick on.on. screen goes white and green. have tried putting software from 4.51 to 8.02 on and no fix. have tried this twice plus trying 8.02 againa nd again. any ideas?

if it is a starview 2 m8 this is the most up to date f/ware
bin file 8.02 and 8.04 are for the box super (starview3)
try flashin the box again with the 457 bin file from the link above .you may also need to flash the logo file on your box if the screen on your tv is still blank.
to install the logo file use the same loader but instead of app file highlight background data file on the loader.hope this helps

the first fix for the s/v 2 just before christmas was 8.02 the s/v 3 fix as a E on the endComment
