I presume keys that work in dublin are N*L
You need to enter CHO*US keys for carlow,
enter 5E01 (prov ID), Symbol rate 6875
I'm probably preaching to the converted here
but starview won't work on CHO*US
You need a BOX-T, EUROVOX-TX, DIGIVOX-TX
Or the DREAMBOX which will work on CABLE, MMDS,
or TERRESTRIAL

I have the same problem but to sort out it u need to go sat-television.com and find some advice how to resolve that problem
