    Hi,

I had this problem with a Pen Drive.

I reset the unit via the switch at the back and everything came back.

    Hope this helps

I think that my Seagate HDD is not liked by the SV4, its sometimes there and other times not. My USB stick is fine, but does not have the capacity that i need. Is there a standard recommended HDD that i could use? I would like at least 60GB

Thanks, i just checked my model of drive, it is NTFS. i found out that i can format to FAT32 by using command prompt:

            c:\ format x /FS:FAT32
where x is letter of USB drive. if this helps anyone.

Also seagate have a disc wizard that can format their drives.

Will test it and report back. Thanks for the assistance
