KV & SV are much of a sameness. For a few months one may have better access than the other then things will inevitably reverse.

Paying for SV, you have to use some 'support' tool every 3 or 12 months. I think the actual payments are made via paypal (a very unwise decision on the part of the SV team if that is the case).

come on there is only one box that you can pick, and it is non of the above, pick either of these boxes and you will have problems, with everything from no picture,no signal, freezing, and the list will go on,+++++++++++++++++++++++++,take to sat and find a good server, not waste your money on sv,kv.

The question was posed in the cable section so, in this instance, there really is little alternative to the two boxes mentioned. It is possible to use a cable dreambox but you need substantial knowledge to do it and, even if you get the requisite data, there are few (if any) servers available.

As for the problems you mention regarding freezing etc, well, sat cs is as prone to such things as any other cs system. In fact, whether it be sat, cable or terrestrial the cs problems are identical !!!

if your box screeches i would check all connections and see what your signal quality and levels are.did you update the firmware yet?

Starview has been the better of the 2 for the last couple of Months, Kryptview have been making some improvements, so could be better soon. Nobody can see the future and either or both could be off at any time

yep, indeed. Thats the nature of cardsharing. Anybody who's after guaranteed viewing needs to get a legit subscription otherwise, at some point, you WILL be disappointed.

CS should really be thought of as something to play with and for occasional use on channels you normally wouldn't subscribe to. It should not be seen as your permanent and only solution.

The bandwidth for cs is very low, so yes, any homeplugs will do as long as they give a reliable connection. If your going to use the connection for anything more than cs (streaming, for instance), then you need to look at what bandwidth requirements you'll need and then purchase appropriately

You probably would get away with the 85Mbps plugs.
