starview 7 help

hey i have a starview 7 but everytime i try to load firmware through the usb it will not let me..is there any other way i can load this onto my box??

check your usb stick is formatted to fat 32 and the file is not compressed.some cheap sticks dont work ,maybe try another.
make sure firmware is for the sv7 model.where is the usb stick on your model front or back.

can someone please supply the default password as its not 0000. thx in advance

box down cant connect done the usual fac reset reboot still scrambled like my head with it also updated channels is there a new fw still using 221 any help also cant find my exp date eithier now any help you know its all good thanks ahh

No exp date means no internet connection M8, check your Ethernet cable and try rebooting everything.

I have a starview 7, and my box is not working, I need new software to get it back running.

Can somebody please give me a download link for the software and tell me how to put it on my usb.
