Starview The Box down?

Evening all,

Just got in and found out my box has gone down. I have updated with the lastest firmware last week and have just done a factory reset but can still only get the basic channels?
Anyone else got the same problem?
*edit* Just gone into nagravision and my provider has gone and all codes are now ff for evrything?

make sure that your emulation is turned "on". think this is your problem. if you have done a factory reset then you will have to rescan.

last resort is to reflash again but that really shouldnt be necessary.

Hi bugaloo,
after the reset i turned emu on but still nothing. As i said, under nagravsion the key numbers and key data is all ff. Never seen this before!

Just clicked set default key and it updated, thanks for that.
Never had to do that before in my 3 years using starview but will remember that one. Thanks again.
