    starview 1 software issues

    Hello All

    I have been trying to load the latest software into my starview 1 box (genuine box) but it keeps on saying "update failed" when i use the program.Has anyone else had the same problem or does anyone know how to fix this please?

      normally m8 its a connection problem , try lead in another port.

          If ur using a rs232 to usb adapter make sure you have it assigned to the correct port
