Starview login message error-No prem channels

Hi, can anybody help. I dont know much about these starview boxes. I have tried reading through other posts but noyhing is making much sense. My SV7 box downstairs works fine. My box upstairs has stopped showing premiem channels. Instead i get a login message. I only bought the box 2 months ago. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

was it new did it a sub inclue dud ....sounds like time ta pay
