starview super itv & ch4 probs

I'm having probs with ITV1,2,3 and channel 4. They are all fuzzy as if the weather is really bad. All other channels are ok. Any body got any idea why?? I'm in TW area. I've rescanned and they are still the only channels with this problem.

Have you tried deleting them and then rescan?

Yes. deleted all and re-scanned. All channels ok xcept itv and ch4. strange!
