Starview 7 Scan issue

Hi Guys

Wanted to know if you could help me. Ive got the latest firmware installed on my starview7 when i scan for the channels I receive half the channels, and the others are scrammbled. When I re-scan the box the first set that were scrammbled start working and the set that was working become scrammbled.

I've re-installed the firmware and tried however same problem

could some one please help?

hi factory reset first direct feed no splitter then scan with right area nd this should do it lood luck!

never assume they have the correct firmware and paid their sub to clear their channels.
