in my opinion none. get a dreambox.
if you absolutely positively must get a starview, get a starview 4

hi im a member to all this as well ive just got star view 4 as it updates via usb and can record to usb as well. But strugling to get lock channels only one firmwear 1.05 need to get 1.07 and give that ago

hi m8, get a starview 4 usb... it s the lastest starview...picture quality is improved...u can record programmes if u want ...theres not much price difference. and importantly....it s much easier to flash ...u dont have to bother with null modem cables and com ports,,,just download firmware to a u s b stick and put into back of the box.....select usb on menu....press remote on selected firmware 1.07...download to box....goto menu...autoscan..select local cable provider ..ntl for example...scan.....press 1570on remote turn key code on and default and away u go ........hope this helps////...,,, bigfella

When you load on 1.07 mate, remember to press menu and then key in 1570 and change keycode/emu to on then scan. Hope this helps.

m8 goto the stickys 1.07 is on there or u can goto downloads section and get it there ..........lock channels ???? do u mean the channels with the dollar sign next to them . goto menu..... u need to press 1570 on remote ..turn keycode and default on ..exit to sly sports and it shud update and away u go //..,,, hope this helps ..,,// bigfella
