Hi all ,Newbie in Dublin lookin for help with starview2

Hi all , can anyone help with a dead starview in dublin .
It went dead last week and wont reflash ... lookin for latest firmware and codes for dublin box on N*L...
alsdo can anyone tell me how to attach the logo file to firmware.

why do u need to reflash it,what was running on it? did u reflash it in december?what do u mean by dead?more info needed if possible.

as cactikid says m8 you need to be a bit more specific with the info you are giving.

sorry about the lack of info .....i have full menu and channel lists , but all chanels comin up blank saying no signal , my codes are correct in the nagra menu ... and i have done auto scan with emu on and emu off ... i have reflashed with api ver 450 e_E and Api ver 4.54e-E the second one being the original version on the box when purchased .i have made sure that my N*L (dublin) connection and my Scart connection are working .

do a factory reset m8 then go through set up again ,this should sort it.

Many thanks to all contributors , got it going after a bit of messing around .
heres the method :

switch on box.
enter menu,
factory setting,
enter password ,0000...thanks True Red...hope red is the pool?
click ok ..to reset factory settings .
Exit out to main screen .
disconnect ntl cable connection
connect null modem cable
swith box to standby mode
click GTR loader 4.03 ....cheers Camelv
click bin file 4.57...... cheers Camelv
press open
click down load
click ok when cms sending finished
disconnect null modem cable
connect ntl cable and switch box back on from standby mode
press menu
enter 1570 nagravsion menu
enter codes for dublin ntl
top bar = NTL
provider id = 54 01

press ok after storing each set of key numbers.
exit twice to main menu .
click installation
cable network set to ntl
down to manual scan and press once .
scroll down to network scan and press once to enable
exit back once and press auto scan
box will scan and find channels
exit out to main screen and all should be fine in your dodgy box world ........ this worked for me ....thanks to all the gurus .
