starview picture quality

hi kids, just taken reciept of new led tv is there anyway to enhance the picture quality thru my starview by tweeking something in anyway already using 16.9 size in osd set up any suggestions welcome cheers.

You are limited by the data rate used by cable, it's better than Freeview but not as good as Satellite IMO.

well a new coaxial cable if old and a good quality scart also can help a poor picture and if using a splitter a good one .

you would be surprised how many people buy cheap ones and expect good results and they always forget about the little things .let us know the difference.

As the heading says picture quality is shite?.bin them.

Well over 21st century mate you need HDMI boxes most in sk* working at present time.

tried a goldplated scart no difference methinks is there a scart anyone can suggest

cant see a new gold, platinum. or any other kind of scart making a difference really, from one that costs a few pence, its a commerical ploy if ppl think it does.

usually the dearer ones have more shielding around the cables to stop interference,have about 12 older ones here heading for the bin and some are not even fully wired,have you checked the coaxial and splitter?
