Starview 4 the box super usb install problem

hi

last night i purchased this box and im new to setting one up.

i have tried downlaoding the firmware and logo file on to my usb then on to my box via usb.

i still not reciving any channels after scanning using auto scan.

on the screen after pressin 1570 i go onto nagravision and type

5a 01 as my prvider is t******t

below is a 2 digit code 00

and below that is a 16 digit code. im assuming the problem is with my codes

could any one help me with this problem please?

You indicate that you have no channels? That to me suggest that you have not scanned correctly.

Scanning should be straighforward enough, Go to installation and choose your provide and scan. This should pick up channels for your area and provider. Now:-

1. Access cas menu by pressing 1570.

2. The last option should say "key emulation". make sure that is on by pressing the > key on your remote. Now exit back to tv and you box should be fine.

3. If your key emu is on and you have changed the code press "default key" and exit back to tv. Let it update.

You should be good to go.

after pressing 1570 there wasn't a option for key emulation?

i have got basic channels now but on the other channels films,music etc is keeps saying date being updated.

is there anything to resolve this?

It will say keycode try that and follow exactly as bugaloo has said. You need to press menu and then 1570.

does any one know how many post you have to make before you can download files because i have a star view pvr and i have got a problem finding soft that actully works and i found one that says works but i cant download it even tosee have dos exctlly wat it dos on the tin help more then welcome

Can any 1 help new to the game uloading logo at the minute and its been stuck on 100% for 10mins dont know whether to turn box off or leave it already loaded the f/w.

no CAS menu?

hi,
i have the box super and the channels went off so i did the usual with the cas menu but when i typed in the 1570 code in the main menu nothing happened even though it worked previous times when i did it.

should i reinstall latest firmware?

any ideas????

the software is already installed you need to go on menu, hit 1570 then switch the key code ON.
