    Hi,

using alternative spiderbox firmware on the hd combo, however not receiving any DVB-T signals? which output do you use to feed your dvb antenna, or is there another way to receive terrestrial

    Thanks

the combo box is a dvb/c and dvb/s box for use with a sat or cable feeds,it is not a dvb/t box for use with an aerial.

        Hi mate,

tried that no signal, thought the dvb-c becomes a dvb-t with the spiderbox software? which output are you connecting the dvb-t antenna to.. thanks

as stated earlier , you cannot use the sv combo on terrestrial freeview , its got 2 tuners inside , one for cable and one for satellite

changing the firmware does not change the tuner , but it will effectively remove the cable side from the box and it wil behave like a spiderbox for satellite ONLY
