I am having trouble loading the new firmwire onto my starview. I have got the com ports set up and the wires are connected. I use GTLoader. It says flash update failed. No matter what i do i cant fix it so please can you help me.

You must unrar then using winrar once downloaded. There are 2 files the 400 for legit boxes and the 257 for clones.If in doubt use the 257 as it works on legit just as well.
Open up your loader and load the bin file. make sure you are choosing the correct com port where you have plugged in the null modem cable (com ports 1-4 are options).
Make sure you are using a null modem and not a serial.
It should work.
