Starview 1 Missing Channels

Hi all

For the life of me cannot get Channel 5 or BBC 3 .. i have tried system / factory reset.

try to manually install it chanel 5 is 499.00.
bbc 3 is normally the c beebies chanel. try scan after 7 oclock for this.
