Starview 7 channels freezing scrambled

have subscribed for 12 months sv7 however still get times wen watchign and freezes and scrambles have to reselt channel

is plugged in wired connection

anyone hav the same issue or know how to resolve

i think everyone gets the freezing/scrambled.There is no need to do anything other than wait a few minutes and it should come back on as normal.

same here; was watching sp1 yesterday, the villa & man city game, on & off most ov all the half time,
