Hi, I accidently deleted alot of channels today including all the movies and sport channels .I have auto scanned and manually scanned but I havent got them back,i restored factory settings and still cant get them back I just get about 30 channels some music, paramount and a few others are there certain frequencies i have to use when manually adding ?if so can someone tell me them or if there is anything that you think may help id be glad to hear it.I am in southern ireland if that matters where the frequencies are concerned.Thank you in advance.

Here's a guide I wrote that will help you out mate, You have to extract it with winRAR or winzip and it opens with MS word. If you haven't got the means to open this doc, let me know and I'll tell you what needs to be done.
