setanta 2 on the box super usb

Any idea how I get setanta 2 to come through so I can watch the footy. Have done a factory reset, turned the key code to on then done an auto scan but still no luck?? Seem to have every other channel.

look rite at the bac of all channels in the bic s channels ,,,,when u did ur factory reset did u press default as well ...u need to do this
