About 1-2 years ago, I was using starview 7. A couple of months later, it stopped working and I thought it was a waste of money.

Now, I realise that you can do alot of things with it so I connected it again. Now I can't view premium channels. I can only view freeview ones. When I go to a premium channel, a couple of seconds later, it says 'scramble'. What does this mean? It also says 'not connected' at the bottom even though the box recognized my ip address (saw it in the network menu).
So I figured out that I need to download and install the new firmware. (Is it 2.2.1?) Im trying to download it from here but it says I dont have permission.
