    Hi Guy's
    I am Having trouble with my box i have the correct firmware on it, and key emu is on but still not updating keys.
    Help Please.

      press menu 1570 go to set default k*y select and exit to sky sports leave to update

          you need to fac reset the box m8 then do what true red says.
