Hi. Could anuone please help if possible on these 2 points.

I have starview 2 box and would like to know if I can get the BBC channel ALBA on it with Virgin Media? I f so, do I need to do a scan? If not, can you recieve through FreeView?

Secondly, and I know this isn't the right topic but if you can answer or direct me then I would be very grateful....anyway, I have bought a new TV for our bedroom. It has built in FreeView but our outdoor aerial is not working and the wire is knackered on it. If I bought one of those indoor FreeView Aerial thingy's, would it work the same as the outdoor aerial?

those indoor ariels are rubbish..dependin where u live ...u dont get all the channels;;;,,,,,...if u have virgin cable up stairs ..connected to a modem for a pc /lappy for example u could put a splitter on it run a cable and connect to the back of ur tv and u will get all the channels perfect......or ... u have a starview down stairs u cud get a av sender and watch all ur channels u get with ur starview up stairs ..the sv remote even works upstairs with some av sender s...read the threads m8 there some recommendations on which ones to get if u r interested....hope this helps ..bigfella

set a outdoor aeriel up in your attic will work fine.
